Caller Voice Routing (rotary caller handling)
The system can be set up to detect voice on the line then route the call to a specific box when
voice is detected. This allows Key Voice to prompt callers to speak a response if they are calling
from a rotary phone, then quickly process the call when the voice response is detected.
Enhanced Interface with Small and Corporate Office NT/2000 and Interchange
Graphical icons, radio buttons, slide bars, tabbed pages, and other Windows NT/2000 interface
features maximize screen clarity. These ease-of-use enhancements help you move through the
program to accomplish the task at hand even faster and more efficiently than ever before.
Remote System Access for Setup Changes and Administration
Key Voice system parameters and setup screens can be accessed and modified remotely using
both remote system access software (such as PC Anywhere or Key Voice’s own KeyLink system)
and the teleparameter call-in feature. Using remote access software, Key Voice system screens
are accessed via modem on an attached laptop computer. System modifications are entered from
the laptop. Using the teleparmater feature, modifications are made by calling into the system
from any touch-tone phone and inputting codes that identify a parameter to be changed and a
value to which the parameter is to be set (complete documentation is available with the Key
Voice system).
Report Generation Capability
NT/2000-based Key Voice systems include extensive report generation capabilities that allow
system administrators to view reports on any PC installed with Microsoft Excel 97/98. Eleven
different reports detail information in two categories:
• System reports–Provide detail and summary statistics on port usage and call activity
• Mailbox reports–Provide detail and summary statistics on individual mailbox usage

• Port Contention Trend – Monthly
• Port Contention Trend – Weekly
There are 5 mailbox reports:
• Mailbox Information
• Mailbox Usage
• Message Delivery
